What happens to my information? Is it passed on to others?
GroupJoyner treats all information strictly confidentially. The protection of your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Your data will of course not be passed on to third parties.
Who can view my data?
If you like, nobody!
With GroupJoyner, you can create an individual profile for each group you join. This gives you full control over who can see which profile picture of you and with whom you share your personal information.
What information does GroupJoyner need?
All GroupJoyner needs for you to register is:
- Your name,
- a valid email address and
- your year of birth.
All other information is voluntary.
Can I change or supplement my data later?
Your registration information (name, email address, and age) cannot be changed. You can add and change all other information at any time.
Why does GroupJoyner need my year of birth?
GroupJoyner requires your year of birth
- to ensure that you are at least 16 years old (this is required for data protection reasons)
- for groups with possible age restrictions.
