Who can delete a group?
A group can only be deleted by an administrator.

Is GroupJoyner only available for smartphones?
No. GroupJoyner is a complete system. With version 2.0 of the app and the browser-based desktop version, you can use GroupJoyner on any smartphone, tablet, PC & Mac – with just one account!
Who does GroupJoyner belong to?
GroupJoyner is owned by LSD GmbH & Co. KG located in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Is there a photo archive for the individual groups and events?
All photos and videos are visible within the posts for all members/participants. We’re still working on a photo archive.
Can I also use GroupJoyner to send messages to individual group members?
This function is still under construction.
How do I report a post?
- Tap on the three vertical menu points in the upper right corner of the post that you want to report.
- Select “Report post to GroupJoyner“.
- And that’s it!
What does “Report post to GroupJoyner” mean?
If you consider a group member’s post to be morally, legally, or ethically objectionable, you can report it to us. We at GroupJoyner will then check whether the post should be removed or whether further legal action is necessary.
How and what can I post to my group?
- Open the group for which you want to create a post.
- Go to the “Group forum“.
- Type + and select “Group post“.
- Write your message, post pictures or share videos.
- Tap “Done“.
And that’s it!
